Description

Basic models are production models manufactured with 1-1/8? (28mm) thick walls. (not available in custom sizes) Basic models include single glazed windows & doors, treated floor beams, 3/4? tongue & groove floor boards ready to mount on a LEVEL concrete slab, paving stones, or use treated 4×4’s to raise the building off the ground.

The Toronto has a decorative double wide wood door with laminated styles & rails, removable wood grills, mortised lock, deadbolt & keys plus a single wide window on each side of the front wall. This model has plenty of interior space and is a great extended living space. To create a built in deck for the front, extend 4×4’s past the front wall and cover with decking material.

This kit can be assembled by one person in 2 days.
