Basic models are production models manufactured with 1-1/8? (28mm) thick walls. (not available in custom sizes) Basic models include single glazed windows & doors, treated floor beams, 3/4? tongue & groove floor boards ready to mount on a LEVEL concrete slab, paving stones, or use treated 4×4’s to raise the building off the ground.

The popular Alabama has a decorative double wide wood door with laminated styles & rails, removable wood grills, mortised lock, deadbolt & keys and a single wide venting window. The wall with the window can be placed on the left or right side when assembling. To improve the comfort and extend the use for 3 seasons apply 1? board insulation on the roof before placing the finished roofing of choice and add board insulating between the floor beams. This model feels very large due to the vaulted ceiling and makes a great backyard office or sitting room.

This kit can be assembled by one person in 2 days.
